"I work with mixed metals, most often part of the piece is enamel on copper. Your design is nicely executed, with the dark, etched copper contrasting with the bright, hammered border."

the darker copper is heat patina'd, I seal with a quick coat of spray matte varnish. I usually only apply a sealer if the contrast between metals used is important to the design, as it is here."
